Basic Troubleshooting

DAMS SERIES

Ensure you’ve turned the power switch on the controller to the “ON” position.  Your power supply may not be connected to the controller correctly.  Double-check your connections and ensure it is plugged into a functioning outlet.

USB cable not connected? Driver not installed? Improper port selection in DAMS software?

With the controller off, disconnect and then reconnect both yellow cables.  If this does not resolve your problems, please contact us.

D6050 Series
